Round 1: 

In this category, delegates will be allocated a specific business and presented with a challenging economic situation. Within a given time frame, delegates will be expected to fully engage in the scenario by taking on the role and decision making responsibility of an actual manager, this will require delegates to prepare a well-thought-out speech, revealing a strategic reaction to the crisis at hand. Highlighting their astute ability to effectively manage their businesses amidst unforeseen crises. Delegates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their resilience, strategic thinking, and adaptability as they navigate through the complexities of an economic problem.
