The following Waiver of liability will be given to the delegates before the conference and must be signed (by a parent/guardian if the participant is less than 18) and submitted to the conference’s management prior to the attending, only then will they be allowed to partake in the conference:

By signing below I agree to the following terms:

● I hereby release Lahore Grammar School 1-A/1 from all liability relating to injuries or medical issues that may occur during any activity relating to Conventus 2024 that is scheduled to proceed from 26th to 28th January 2024 in the premises of the respective host school. By signing this waiver , I agree to hold the host school
administration (including Executive council members and core team members) entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

● I also acknowledge the risks involved in the conference. These include but are not limited to physical injury or harm to a person, or damage/loss of property. I acknowledge that any unforeseen circumstance that may arise does not result in this waiver becoming null and void. I agree that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity, if I do, I will notify relevant authorities of the host school Lahore Grammar School 1-A/1 prior to the event.

● I hereby release and waive my right to bring suit against Lahore Grammar School 1-A/1 its affiliates for any reason including but not limited to the loss/damage of personal belongings, injuries etc related to utilising Lahore Grammar School 1-A/1’s services and premises. In return, I will receive participation recognition in the activity. I will also make an active effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed. I further understand that the breach of any safety precautions, or inability to follow directions of the management may lead to my removal from the event and my expulsion from the premises of Lahore Grammar School 1-A/1.

● I agree to follow all rules and regulations included in the “Equity Policy” and “Dress Code” provided to me and I understand the breach of any of the provided rules may result in the penalisation of myself and/or my team or, in severe cases, blacklist of your respective school from future events hosted by Lahore Grammar School 1-A/1.
